AJ's Pit Bar-B-Q

Opened in 2010 as a small take-out BBQ Joint, husband and wife team Jared and Amanda Leonard had a dream. They wanted to pair Amanda's love for hospitality and event planning with Jared's love for American BBQ. 10 years later, they formed a full-blown hospitality group SSC Hospitality, which has grown into 10 full-service restaurants in 2 states (IL and CO), BBQ catering company, BBQ training center, and full-service event production company. Denver BBQ fans have been lining up on Saturdays and Sundays at 2180 S. Delaware Street for their fresh-from-the-pit smoked offerings. AJ's Pit Bar-B-Q is a classic Texas style Bar-B-Q joint, and a culmination of Jared's love for wood-fired cooking combined with Amanda's love for hospitality.
